Securing admission into higher institution nowadays as become a great problem especially for those trying to use UTME as the mode of Entry. Statistics evidently shows that passing JAMB and/or POST UTME doesn't guarantee admission, As about 1.6million candidates writes JAMB(UTME) yearly and a fraction of 80% ends up not securing admission. However here comes the best alternative to university admission known as IJMB.

Interim Joint Matriculation Board is a PROVEN, APPROVED & CERTIFIED nine (9) month programme moderated by ABU Zaria with various Study Centres Nationwide. The programme is specifically designed to provide an opportunity for candidates who cannot gain admission to regular degree programmes in Nigerian Universities for one reason or the other, as it requires no JAMB nor post UTME, Also awaiting result candidate can Enrol.

PROVEN: Annually about 20,000 applicants put in for the programme yearly in which more than 15,000 candidates secure admission with it into 200 level to their preferred university & course as compared to JAMB which close to 1.6 million applicants sat for and just 20% fraction got admitted.

APPROVED: The programme is approved by Federal Government as a platform for securing university admission into any university in Nigeria and abroad. Its moderated by ABU, Zaria with different institutes nationwide.

CERTIFIED: By Nigeria University Commission (NUC) as an A'level programme that qualify students into 200level in the university upon successful completion of the programme. CHECK JAMB BROCHURE TO CONFIRM.
Interested IJMB Candidates are expected to choose any THREE (3) A/L subject related to their course of study in the university. Candidates would then be lectured on these subjects for a period of nine(9)month at their chosen Study Centres and thereafter write the final examination. On completion of the programme, Successful Candidates therefore use their IJMB certificate to secure admission into 200level in any Nigeria university via Direct Entry.

IJMB is presently accepted in 80% of Nigeria Universities see list here, and It has been estimated that annually 90% of IJMB applicants scores over 6 points and 85% uses it as their gateway into 200 level. Only a dull student will not make 6 points out of a total of 15 points criteria for crossing the hurdle into 200level.

IJMB 2015/16 session registration has commenced, Register to any of our accredited study centres nationwide closer to your location with affordable fees today. The registration is online on our website www.ijmb.org.ng at a registration fee of #8,500 only!
