COOU JUPEB Admission Form For 2019/2020 Session

Applications are hereby invited from suitable qualified candidates for admission into the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) programme for 2019/2020 session

 The programme leads to the award of JUPEB certificate which enables candidates gain direct entry admissions into CHUKWUEMEKA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU UNIVERSITY and other JUPEB -affiliated Universities in Nigeria and Abroad.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible candidates must possess minimum of five (5) Credits at maximum of two (2) sittings in at least five subjects (inclusive of English
Language and Mathematics) relevant to the candidate’s desired course of study in the university

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Pay the application fee of N15,000.00 through remita payment platform at any bank. You are to generate a payment invoice which contains
a remita number; The invoice printout will enable you to make your payment at the bank.
  1. Visit coou.edu.ng
  2. Click on JUPEB portal from the portal dropdown
iii. Click on generate application invoice
  1. Input your phone no. and submit to generate invoice
  2. Make payment in any bank
  3. After payment, return to the portal
vii.  Click to fill application, input your RRR  to proceed with the application, fill the form and attach your passport
viii. Recent color passport photograph
  1. Submit and print your slip
  2. Proceed to COOU JUPEB office Igbariam campus with your slip for processing.
GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. Applicants into 2019/2020 preliminary programme are advised to be checking our website from time to time for relevant information.
  2. All candidates are required to register for 2020 direct entry UTME during the programme.
iii.   All candidates are required to use valid e-mail addresses and Personal Telephone numbers.
  1. The forms must be filled and submitted online either immediately or within two weeks of accessing the website.
  2. Candidates are advised to follow the application instructions very carefully and ensure they select the correct subject combinations. Failure to do so may adversely affect the candidate.

FULOKOJA Post-UTME/DE 2019: Cut-off mark, Screening Date, Eligibility and Registration Details

FULokoja Post-UTME form, cut-offmark, eligibility, screening date, deadline and registration details for the 2019/2020 academic session have been announced. Cut-off mark is 180. Screening date is September 2nd, 2019. Registration begins July 24th and ends August 29th, 2019. See full details below;

The Federal University Lokoja Post-UTME Screening Exercise for the 2019/2020 Academic Session will take place from Monday 2nd September, 2019 at the University premises (Behind Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja). The screening will be purely Computer-Based (CBT) and in batches. Candidates are expected to adhere strictly to the specified date and time on the screening slip and also, be at the venue two (2) hours before the stipulated time for the screening exercise.

NOTE:
Only candidates who applied through JAMB for UTME Admission, chose Federal University Lokoja as their 1st Choice and scored 180 and above are eligible for the screening exercise.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Registration is strictly online and commences from Wednesday, 24th July, 2019. The procedure for registering for the screening exercise is as follows:
  1. Candidates must have a valid personal e-mail address before starting the application process.
  2. Visit www.fulokoja.edu.ng
  3. Click on Admissions, then select 2019/2020 Admission Portal.
  4. Login with your valid JAMB Registration number to confirm eligibility.
  5. Update your personal details, number of O’level examination sitting and O’level Result.
NOTE: Upload a RECENT and CLEAR COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND IN JPEG FORMAT ONLY. The photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates.
FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.
  1. Select the Post UTME subjects you want to be tested on.
Note: You must select five (5) subjects in order to proceed.
  1. Generate your RRR [Remita Retrieval Reference] payment invoice of ₦2,000.00 (Post-UTME Screening Charges) using REMITA services (card or bank payment)
  2. BANK PAYMENT: Proceed to any bank of your choice that offers REMITA services with your printed invoice and process your payment with your generated RRR.
OR
CARD PAYMENT: Visit www.remita.net, click on Pay an Electronic Invoice, enter your RRR and process your payment with your ATM card.
  1. Return to the Admission Portal and confirm your payment after which you will be automatically batched for the screening exercise.
  2. Print out your Post-UTME Screening Slip
  3. Candidates are expected to come to the Admission Screening Hall with a copy of the following items:

Candidates must possess five (5) O' level credits in subjects relevant to their desired course of study at not more than two sittings. Credit in English Language is compulsory for admission into all courses in Federal University Lokoja. Candidates awaiting their O’level result may also apply but must upload their results before the admission exercise commences.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT on THURSDAY, 29TH AUGUST, 2019
Note that only candidates who participated in the Post-UTME Screening Exercise shall be considered for admission in the 2019/2020 Academic Session. Candidates who pay after the deadline will not participate in the screening. All eligible candidates are expected to adhere strictly to the specified date and time on the screening slip.

Adamawa State Poly Post-UTME 2019: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Adamawa State Polytechnic Post-UTME form , cut-off mark, eligibility and registration details forthe 2019/2020 Academic Session have been announced. Cut-off mark is 120.  Application are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its various national diploma programmes for 2019/2020 academic session.
Eligibility:

  • Candidates who scored 120 and above in UTME for all courses.
  • Candidates must have chosen Adamawa State Polytechnic, Yola as first choice.
The minimum entry requirement into National Diploma Programmes in any of the following:
  • SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level or its equivalent with credit level passes in five subjects relevant to the programme at not more than two sittings”
  • Five credit level passes in relevant subjects obtained at the final examination of an NBTE recognized preliminary ND course offered in a Polytechnic or Similar Post-Secondary Technical Institution.
  • The National Technical Certificates (NTC), National Business Certificate (NBC) or National Vocational Certificate (NVC) final with Credit level passes in five subjects relevant to the programme.
  • In addition to 1 – 3 above, candidates must obtain a satisfactory score in the JAMB – MPCE Examination which is conducted annually.
  • A holder of the Advanced National Technical Certificate (ANTC) may be given advanced placement in the ND Programme provided the candidate has also met the minimum entry requirements into the ND Programme and obtained a minimum of credit level grades in the ANTC Examinations.
Applicants for Technology Programmes
  • All candidates applying for Science and Technology Programme must possess a credit level pass in Mathematics and at least a pass in English Language.  Exceptions are:- Art and Design in which a credit level pass is required in English Language (not Literature in English).

Applicants for Business Studies Programmes:
  • Candidates should have credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.

Registration procedure are as follows
  1. Registration starts on Monday, 15th July and will end on Friday 2nd August, 2019.
  2. Change of Course or Change of Institution into NAU (and its affiliate institutions) ends on Monday 29th July 2019. Any change after that day will not be valid.
  3. Click here to visit the NAU portal
– Click on ‘ Create Account’
– Enter your UTME REG Number and a valid email address and click  ‘Send’. A verification code will be sent to your email instantly.
–  Copy  the  verification  code  and  click  on ‘Continue’
–  On  the  form,  enter  your  phone  number, password, verification code (copied from email), select the access level and click on ‘ Submit’
– Your login details will be sent to your email address instantly.
– Continue with the application by logging in with the login credentials sent to your email
– After successful login, click on ‘Step One’, click on ‘Generate Application Form RRR’
– Print the RRR (Remita) page, proceed to any bank  of  your  choice  nationwide  to  make  a payment of  N2,000 only
– Login to the portal, click on ‘Step Two’, click on ‘Confirm payment’, enter the RRR number and click   on   ‘Verify   payment’.   If   payment confirmation  is  successful,  or  if  you  get  a notification   ‘Payment   already   verified’,   then proceed to “Step Three”.
– Click on ‘Step Three’, click on ‘Fill Application Form’, Fill out the application form. You can save each stage of the application and continue at a later time. Also, you can edit your information as often as possible within the registration period.
– Check the ‘I Agree’ box and click on “submit” button.
– Print out the Application Form and come along with it for your screening and POST UTME / DE examination.

Please note that candidates with WASCE and NABTEB should fill only their name, Exam No, Year and School/Centre where examination was taken. Candidates can always go back to update their O’Level result information for correctness.

  1. TIME  AND  REQUIREMENTS  FOR  THE SCREENING EXERCISE
Please read through the requirements for the screening exercise.
  1. Accreditation of candidates commences at 7.00am each day. Candidates should adhere strictly to the time scheduled for screening examination.
  2.   Print   out   the   Application   Form   from   the University Portal and come along with it for your screening examination.
  3. The   date   and   time   for   each   candidate’s examination will be shown on the POST UTME / DE PRINT-OUT

  1. RESTRICTIONS
Restrictions are as follows:
  1. Only bona fidecandidates/candidates scheduled for  the  day’s  examination  and  time,  shall  be allowed into the Examination Hall.
  2. No GSM handsets, scientific calculators or any other extraneous materials shall be allowed into the examination hall
  3. Candidates who did not register online will not be allowed for the screening exercise.
  4. The University will not be liable for any payment made with wrong JAMB registration number at the Bank.
  5. The University shall also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that is not in line with the directives of the University.
